Innovation in Outreach

Ensuring your outreach materials meet new ADA accessibility standards

Date & Time (Pacific):
July 9, 2026 10:00am

Webinar Summary:
Accessible outreach is now a compliance requirement, not just a communications goal.

New Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II regulations require digital resources, applications, and tools to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, including the PDFs many organizations use for outreach and reporting.

This webinar will provide practical methods for evaluating and improving PDF accessibility, along with tools you can use to identify common compliance issues. The result is outreach material that is usable by more audiences, supports institutional accessibility goals, and helps reduce compliance risk.
