This article provides an overview of the notable events of 1918 including the filming of two westerns, The Trail to Yesterday and The Light of Western Stars, the drafting of several Arivaca residents as a result of the declaration of war against Germany, The Battle of Nogales, and the influenza epidemic which killed at least 30 people Arivaca.
