Rate of increase in yield of crested wheatgrass following use of herbicide on associated sagebrush was measured over four years, including the year of treatment. Significant increases in yield, which were probably worthwhile economically, did not begin until the third year after spraying. This material was digitized as part of a cooperative project between the Society for Range Management and the University of Arizona Libraries.
