Perennial grass production on southern bluestem range was not significantly affected by pine straw mulch, ash, or leachate. Pine straw mulch and ash significantly reduced the perennial grass basal cover index but increased bluestem flower-stalk density. This material was digitized as part of a cooperative project between the Society for Range Management and the University of Arizona Libraries.
