Body

A technique is described for mounting green succulent plant specimens in the field. Fresh plants can be sealed between plastic sheets, thus producing a long-lasting, well-protected, relatively inexpensive plant mount which eliminates the time-consuming drying and pressing process. This material was digitized as part of a cooperative project between the Society for Range Management and the University of Arizona Libraries.
