Body

In this memorandum to the Pima County Board of Supervisors, C.H. Huckelberry, the current Pima County Administrator, clarifies the County's perspective on the continuation of ranching activities on lands administered by the Multi-species Conservation Plan (MSCP). Concerns had arisen regarding the potential effects of the soon-to-be-granted Section 10 Permit (Permit) on allowable land uses in the area. Huckelberry states that the Permit will not change the County's relationship with their ranch operators and that ranching activities will continue to be allowed.
